What should I plan for arrival & departure?
The agenda, located on the Home page and BPT Events app, is the most updated resource for you to plan your schedule depending on your attendance level when you registered.
What should I wear?
The forecasted high temperature for late October Miami is 86°F, with a low of 81°F.
FOR ATTENDEES:
Shorts, golf shirts, sandals, and sundresses are all fine throughout the event - but remember - the memories live on in photos and video so put your best (comfortable) foot forward! Bring layers as well as it can be chilly in the mornings and evenings.
FOR SPEAKERS:
We're requesting business casual attire with appropriate grooming for your time on stage.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
You have the option of flying into Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Miami is 45 minutes away, and Fort Lauderdale is 30 minutes away. If your transportation is covered, information is communicated via email.

- Check in to the event using your QR code
- Bookmark and save a seat to sessions
- Engage with other attendees via the live chat
- Join the conversation by responding to polls or submitting questions
- Connect with and explore other attendees through the People tab
- Request, reject/approve and view meetings with other attendees
- Explore exhibitor booths and engage with booth representatives
- Share your information with exhibitors using your QR Code
