Thank you for supporting the 2025 Tech Summit! This guide is designed to help you get the most out of your sponsorship experience—from networking and exhibiting to navigating private events and using our new BPT Events App.

You have the option of flying into Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Miami is 45 minutes away, and Fort Lauderdale is 30 minutes away. Transportation will not be provided.

Tasks are assigned to each supplier with details in your exhibitor portal on the BPT Events app.

Supplier Fair

If you're participating in the Supplier Fair, here’s what you need to know: 

Date: Wednesday October 22nd, 2025

Setup: 1:00-3:00pm

Start Time: 3:00pm End Time: 5:00pm

Location: Majestic Ballroom (Doors 5-8)

Table selections for the supplier fair are closed.

Booth Size: 6'x18" linen-less standard table. No tents or electrical setups allowed.

Swag is king: Bring plenty! Our attendees love creative, useful, and fun giveaways. 

Expected Bridgepointe Attendance: 240

Hello Tech Summit 2025 Sponsors,

We’re excited to welcome you to this year’s Supplier Fair! Below are important updates and deliverables coming up over the next few weeks. Thank you for your continued patience as we’ve made necessary adjustments related to the overflow hotel block and FedEx guest charge requirements.

To streamline shipping logistics, FedEx requirements have been divided into two groups. Please read the details below carefully. These same instructions will also be updated on the Supplier Info tab on the event website for your reference.

If you’ve already submitted the required forms — thank you! You may skip ahead to Section Two.

SECTION ONE – FedEx Forms  

Group 1: Onsite Guests at JW Marriott
If anyone in your group is staying at the JW Marriott, please complete the Parcel Management Form and email it to techsummit@bpt3.net.

Fill out guest name, signature, date, and contact info.

Location: Majestic Ballroom Table ‘X’ (Refer to the fair layout to confirm your table number.)

Date/Time: October 22

Group 2: Overflow or Offsite Guests (e.g., Residence Inn or elsewhere)
If your group is not staying at the JW Marriott, please complete the Parcel Management Form and email it to techsummit@bpt3.net.

Location: Majestic Ballroom Table ‘X’ (Refer to the fair layout to confirm your table number.)

Date/Time: October 22

In addition, you must complete the Tender Authorization Form and send it directly to: Alexander.Ventura@fedex.com

Include your company name and table number in the email subject line.

⚠️ Do NOT send credit card information to the Tech Summit email — it will be immediately deleted for security reasons.

SECTION TWO – Inbound Shipping Instructions  

As you prepare to ship your materials to the JW Marriott, please keep the following in mind:

Limit of 5 packages per supplier.

Deliveries must not arrive before October 17.

No electrical components are permitted onsite. Keep your setup simple.

Submit your inbound shipment details via this form.

SECTION THREE – Outbound Shipping Instructions

Please remember to bring prepaid return shipping labels with you or include them in your inbound packages.

🚫 We will not arrange outbound shipping on your behalf.

📦 Teardown begins at 4:45 PM on Wednesday, October 22.

All items must be packaged, sealed, and ready for pickup by 6:00 PM.

Unclaimed or unpackaged items after this time will be discarded.

Using the BPT Events App

  • The app will house your agenda, track details, and real-time updates. The app is live in Google Play and Apple AppStore.
  • Log in to the BPT Events App using your sponsor credentials and navigate to the Exhibitor Portal. 
  • Build your own agenda and manage tasks.  
  • Register for the all-hands call via Zoom.  
  • Tap Lead Retrieval to: 
    • Scan attendee QR codes 
    • View and export captured leads 
    • Add notes and tags to each lead 
  • Use the Booth Settings to: 
    • Upload content, description, and promotional materials 
    • Set up your team members and assign roles 
    • Monitor booth traffic and engagement 
  • Check the Notifications tab for updates from the event team. 

Best Practices

  • Networking Best Practices: 
    • Be proactive: Introduce yourself and your brand with confidence. 
    • Listen actively: Ask thoughtful questions and engage in meaningful conversations. 
    • Follow up: Exchange contact info and reconnect after the event. 
    • Be present: Attend mixers, panels, and breakout sessions to meet new people. 
    • Be memorable: Share your story, not just your product. 
  • Private Events & Responsible Fun: 
    • Invitation-only: Respect guest lists for private events. 
    • Professionalism matters: Even in casual settings, represent your brand with integrity. 
    • Drink responsibly: Alcohol may be served—pace yourself and stay sharp. 
    • Be inclusive: Make space for others and avoid cliques or exclusionary behavior. 
    • Know your limits: If something feels off, it probably is—trust your instincts.
